A Guide To LEVITATION 2025

Since 2015, LEVITATION has been a staple in the Austin music scene. After Austin Psych Fest was renamed in honor of the renowned festival headliners, 13th Floor Elevators, LEVITATION has offered the city a weekend of psychedelic rock and more. This year's line-up is jam-packed, and it’s all going down at the Palmer Events Center. Each day has its own distinctive personality, with Friday coming at you heavy with artists like The Sword, Acid Bath, and Mastodon. After a day of headbanging, Saturday is your chance to catch some dreamier sounds, featuring artists Blonde Redhead, Swervedriver, The Brian Jonestown Massacre, TV on the Radio, and more. If you’re looking to get lost in layers of sound, Saturday is your day. Sunday wraps up the fest with indie rock legends like Pavement, Built to Spill, Destroyer, and Austin’s own The Black Angels… so be ready to sing along to some ’90s essentials. 

If you’re not attending the main festival, LEVITATION is hosting specialized night shows around Austin with Dandy Warhols, Boy, Harsher, Beach Fossils, and so many more. These late-night shows are continuing throughout the weekend, so don’t miss your chance to see one of these legendary acts.
