Malcolm Todd at Stubb's Waller Creek Amphitheater 5/3

Our favorite “Wholesome Rockstar,” Malcolm Todd, performed at Stubb’s on May 3rd with support from DJ Sophie Gray. Kicking off the night, Gray warmed up the audience with crowd-favorites, perfectly meshing songs like “Bad Romance” and “Soulja Boy.” Todd emerged on the stage with a grinning smile on his face before a high-energy crowd. Fans screamed the lyrics of the opening track, “Harry Styles,” at the top of this lungs, raising the bar for the rest of the night. Performing songs from his latest self-titled album, Todd’s mix of alternative R&B and indie pop created the perfect atmosphere for a warm Saturday night in Austin, Texas.
